Detailed Itinerary for 4 Days Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara Safari
Day 1: Arusha-Arusha National Park
You’ll be picked up early from your hotel in Arusha city and driven to Arusha National Park, where you’ll have a delicious dinner in a humper. A game drive and a guided walk with a park ranger will allow you to see the park’s rich species, which includes black and white colobus monkeys, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, zebras, giraffes, and the elusive wildebeest. Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Manyara National Park- Arusha
Following breakfast, you’ll go off on an excursion to Lake Manyara National Park for wildlife drives, complete with packed lunch boxes for nutrition along the way. Lake Manyara National Park, which covers just 330 square kilometers, has a substantial percentage of its land covered by the lake itself, particularly when water levels are high, which may reach 200 square kilometers.
The park is well-known for its arboreal lions concealed in trees and the lively baboon colonies that line the woodland paths as you enter. It also acts as a refuge for bird watchers and provides ample animal sightings, including elephants, hippos, giraffes, zebras, baboons, warthogs, and buffaloes. A visit to the hippo pool provides an opportunity to stretch your legs and view these wonderful beasts up close.
